That’s funny. This Gyaru thing you linked me to, none of the girls on there look like this one. And it’s from the 80’s, so it’s not even as recent as 2001. And regardless, the girl you linked me to looks like she attempting some Ganguro/Scene hybrid, which is even worse. Besides, Japanese girls aren’t naturally that dark. Asians further south, such as Cambodia, but Japanese, definitely not. Before you’re gonna try and bombard me with a bunch of links, you should probably check your facts first so you don’t look so silly next time.

Gyaru requires tanning or dark face make-up, depending on the style you’re going for. I’ve read and re-read what I’ve typed and I never once brought up tanning, dude.
